Acceptable use policy
Effective: October 24, 2026 · Policy version: 2026-10-24
Use StampLoom only for lawful entertainment, creative design, illustration and clearly identified demonstrations. This policy applies to text, uploads, generated artwork and how you present or distribute it.
1. Keep the purpose clear
Examples include a fictional badge, decorative packaging mockup, personal art project or clearly marked training sample. Use only names, images and symbols you are entitled to use. Where a viewer could confuse a demonstration with a real document or authorization, add a clear “SAMPLE”, “DEMO” or equivalent explanation and keep it visible when sharing.
A disclaimer or sample label does not make unlawful conduct acceptable. Do not use the service to create, replace or imitate an instrument of official authentication or to claim an authority you do not have.
2. Prohibited uses
Do not use StampLoom to create, facilitate or distribute:
- Forgery, fraud or impersonation, including a false claim that a person, company, government office or professional signed, approved or endorsed a document.
- Official seals, government or institutional emblems, professional stamps, signatures, logos or protected marks without the necessary rights and authorization, or in a misleading context.
- Fake certificates, qualifications, licenses, notarizations, approvals or claims of certification, even if a template has similar wording.
- False or misleading financial, payment, identity, immigration, legal, medical or other evidentiary documents, including a fabricated receipt or a “PAID” mark that falsely suggests a payment occurred.
- Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, exposes personal information without lawful permission, or otherwise violates applicable law.
- Attempts to bypass payment or ownership checks, access another person’s designs or orders, upload malicious files, or interfere with the service’s security or availability.
3. Check before generating and sharing
You control the input and final use. Check your rights, the accuracy of any wording and the context in which the image will appear. Do not remove a sample explanation to make artwork appear genuine. A successful preview, payment or download is not verification of your rights or approval of the design’s use.
If you need an authorized seal, valid certification or legally significant signature, use the appropriate authorized process. StampLoom does not perform that process or assess whether a proposed use is lawful.
4. Reports and proportionate action
Report suspected misuse to admin@labcat.ai with a description and enough non-sensitive information to identify the concern. Do not send passwords, full payment details or unnecessary personal information. We review reports; we do not promise to pre-screen every design or monitor every later use of downloaded files.
Where reasonably necessary to address a violation, protect users or comply with law, we may restrict the affected content, account, checkout or future download access, and review relevant service records. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Any refund or other remedy is assessed under the Terms and applicable law; a restriction does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
