$2 — transparent PNG
The PNG option includes the finished design as a transparent image generated at 300 DPI for the selected millimeter dimensions. Choose it for sample documents, presentations and decorative layouts in software that accepts PNG images.
This option unlocks PNG only. It does not include SVG or PDF. Editing, on-screen preview and a watermarked preview download are free; the finished paid file is separate from that preview.
$2.50 — PNG, SVG and PDF
The all-formats option includes the same transparent PNG plus outlined SVG and a vector PDF at the selected print size. Download each format from the paid order. This is useful when the artwork needs to work in both digital mockups and a design or print workflow.
Text and borders are vector in SVG and PDF. Uploaded logos remain embedded raster images, so this option does not automatically vectorize a logo. The same color, wording and distressed-ink settings apply to all three files.
What one purchase covers
Checkout captures the exact design you are buying, including its text, size, color and logo. You can reopen that order and download the purchased version again. Changes made afterward in the editor do not replace it or unlock a different finished design.
Review spelling, dates, image quality and the final dimensions before paying. If you need two names or two dated versions, they are separate design purchases. Saving an editable design to your account library does not itself purchase an export.
Keep access to your order
For a guest purchase, keep the order link and allow cookies in the browser that started checkout. The link alone does not prove ownership, so opening it in another browser may not give access. Signing in later with a matching email does not automatically claim a guest order.
A signed-in purchase is associated with that account. Your local working draft and account-saved designs remain separate from the purchased snapshot. If a payment is taking time to confirm, keep the order page and check it again rather than immediately paying a second time.
Support and refund requests
Email admin@labcat.ai with the order reference and a description of the problem, or use Request a refund on the paid order page. Requests are reviewed individually; a refund is not issued automatically by opening the email draft.
Refunded or disputed orders lose access to future downloads. Files already downloaded remain on your device. StampLoom sells digital artwork only: physical stamp manufacturing, delivery and document certification are not included.
Common questions
Can I try the editor before choosing a plan?
Yes. All 16 templates can be edited and previewed before purchase. A free download is a watermarked preview; use a paid option for the finished export.
Do I pay again just to download the same purchased file?
You can download the purchased snapshot again while the order remains available and you can prove ownership through the original guest cookies or purchasing account. A revised design requires a separate purchase.
