Terms & legal notice

1. Visual artwork, not authentication

The service does not issue official seals, certify identity or authority, verify payment, notarize documents, or provide cryptographic signatures or digital certificates. A template name such as “Company Seal”, “PAID” or “Certified” describes a visual layout; it is not a finding or endorsement by StampLoom.

Do not present an output as proof that a person or organization authorized, signed, approved, paid for or certified anything. Legal consequences depend on the facts and applicable law; neither a stamp image nor this notice guarantees validity, invalidity or enforceability. StampLoom does not provide legal advice.

2. Your content and decisions

You choose the text, names, symbols and uploads, generate the design, and decide how to use or share it. You are responsible for those choices, for obtaining required permissions, and for complying with applicable law and the Acceptable Use Policy. Only upload content you own or are authorized to use, including logos, trademarks, signatures and personal information.

You retain any rights you already have in your uploads. You permit us to process, store and reproduce them only as needed to provide the requested editing, saving, purchase, download and support features described in the Privacy Policy. Buying an export does not grant rights in someone else’s name, logo, signature or official insignia. We do not verify your authority or endorse user-created content.

3. Notice and explicit acceptance

The editor notice states that by starting to create a design, you indicate acceptance of these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Account saving, new exports and new checkout also require an explicit checkbox acknowledgement. This notice and acknowledgement do not guarantee that any particular acceptance method is legally effective in every jurisdiction; applicable law remains controlling.

The editor displays a use notice and asks you to affirm that you understand the limited purpose, have the necessary rights and accept these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy before account saving, export or checkout. If you do not agree, do not complete those actions. You can read, print or save these pages before choosing.

Legal acceptance is separate from optional analytics consent. Rejecting analytics does not prevent editing or purchasing. For account saves and checkout, we retain the accepted policy version, language and server-recorded time with the relevant design or order as described in the Privacy Policy. Acceptance does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

4. What an export purchase includes

Editing and previewing are free. A finished transparent PNG export costs USD 2.00. The PNG, SVG and PDF package costs USD 2.50. A free watermarked preview is different from a purchased finished file. The selected plan and total are shown before payment through Stripe.

A purchase covers the exact design snapshot submitted at checkout. Changing that design later requires a new purchase for the changed file. Check spelling, permission, layout, color, supported characters and size before paying. SVG and PDF use outlined lettering and vector artwork; uploaded logos remain raster images. We do not manufacture or ship physical stamps.

Download access requires the purchasing account or the ownership cookie in the browser that started checkout; the order link alone is insufficient. Keep your order reference and browser cookies. Contact support if you cannot access a purchase. A refunded or disputed order can lose future download access; already downloaded files cannot be recalled.

5. Problems, cancellations and refunds

For a failed download, an incorrect charge, a refund request or another purchase problem, email admin@labcat.ai with your order reference and a description. Do not send passwords or full card details. We review requests individually and may help restore access, correct a delivery problem or arrange an appropriate refund.

These terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or remove mandatory cancellation, refund, conformity or other consumer rights. Any rights that apply under law remain available. Acceptance of these terms alone is not a separate request to waive a statutory withdrawal right.

6. Service limits and responsibility

We aim to provide the described editing and export features, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, acceptance by any authority or third party, or suitability for an official or legally regulated purpose. Review your output before sharing it. Where the law permits, we exclude implied promises of fitness for such purposes and liability for indirect or consequential losses caused by unauthorized or unlawful use of user-created artwork.

These limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. They do not exclude or limit liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections, fraud, intentional wrongdoing or other non-excludable obligations. You remain responsible for your own conduct; StampLoom remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law.

7. Changes and contact

The effective date and version identify these terms. Material changes will be published with a new version and presented for acceptance before future account saves, new exports or checkout. Updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively change an existing purchase or waive rights that arose earlier. Downloading the unchanged file from an existing purchased order does not require accepting a newer policy version.
